1. Our products are concentrated.

• The cleaning products are easy to dilute in the mixing spray bottles which you were advised to order with your products (directions are on the stock bottle as well as the mixing spray bottle).
• Use less of everything!! This may take you a few days to get used to since our mind set is, if it's not working use more.

2. 100% Money-back guarantee

• Melaleuca has a "use it first" money-back guarantee: If you aren't satisfied with any product, you can get your money back for 60 days - even if the bottle is empty!
• Also, if anything is damaged in shipment, just call the toll-free number (1-800-282-3000) and they will send a replacement immediately.

3. UPS Shipping

• Your package is shipped the same day it is placed if you call before 1 pm MST and is sent by UPS.
• Your box should arrive in 4-7 business days. The cost for shipping is 5.4% of your order, and handling is a flat $3.90. (If you want free shipping, see #4 below!)
• Reminder: You cannot ship via UPS to a P.O. Box - they need your street address (but for $1.90 extra, you can send your package by US Postal Service.)

4. Loyalty Shopping Dollars

• Melaleuca will be giving all new customers $20 in Loyalty Shopping Dollars every month for their first five months. It's their way of saying "Thank You" for becoming a new Melaleuca Preferred Customer. That's $100 Loyalty Shopping Dollars to experience the wellness products our customers have made best sellers. Loyalty Shopping Dollars can be redeemed after the minimum 35 Product Point monthly order is made. 5. Advantage Dollars - After your first 5 months, shop by the 16th each month and earn 10% back

• Do your shopping on or before the 16th each month and you'll receive a 10% rebate of your product points into your Advantage Account. Once your account reaches $20, you can spend it on FREE products of your choice at the preferred customer price! This is an extremely generous program - don't miss out - it's like getting your shipping for free - and more!
• Be sure to sign up for Express Link so that on a certain day of the month (you choose), a reminder to order appears on your computer. Express Link will also give you your order history. If you are worried that you might forget to order and run out of your favorite products, you also have the option to set up orders for up to a year in advance with Express Link. 6. The concept is that you "switch stores" and spend no new money.

• As a preferred customer, you need to make a purchase of at least 35 product points each month. Melaleuca-wide, the average home uses about 50 product points each every month, so reaching 35 should be easy!
• Each item in the Melaleuca Country catalog lists the retail price, as well as the preferred discounted price and corresponding product points in parenthesis.
• Just shop for the items that you need - those you would buy in the next 30 days anyway - so you are spending no new money, just re-directing the money you are already spending on higher quality, yet less expensive and environmentally responsible products.
• By shopping monthly you are assured of getting fresh products - not some which have sat on the shelf for months or even years!

7. Free Back-up Order Insurance

• Preferred customers are required to put an Emergency Back-up Order on file that will be shipped to you automatically if you should ever forget to place your order during a calendar month. This will protect your Preferred Customer status and ensure you will always receive any commissions you are due.
• Please make sure that you have selected what you would like your back-up order items to be. Most customers include our Vitality Pack in their back-up order. Melaleuca's guarantee is if you do not feel more energy and vitality and an overall sense of improved physical wellness, they will give you a credit or exchange for your Vitality Pack even if you have taken them for 90 Days!!
• Additionally, if you think you might have trouble remembering to order and would like to set up orders for up to 12 months, you can do so with Express Link.

8. It is so easy to order

• There are so many products (almost 400) to choose from. If you purchased new products each month that you had never tried before and purchased 35 products points/month it would take you several years before you tried all of our products!!

9. Start with a Career or Value Pack

10. For your 1st four months, your enroller will be checking with you to see how you like the products, help you place your orders and answer any questions you may have.
